14-Day Nook Guarantee

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your items (handle and replacement heads) must be:

• Unused and in the same condition you received them.

• In the original eco-packaging.

Hygienic Items

Due to the nature of kitchen cleaning tools, we cannot accept returns for brush heads that have been used or dipped in water/soap, unless they arrived defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your bamboo handle arrives cracked or you receive the wrong bristle type, please email us at [Your Email] with a photo. We will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost—no need to ship the damaged item back (saving the planet an extra trip!).

Sustainable Returns

To minimize transit emissions, we encourage you to be certain of your purchase. If you do need to return an item:

1. Contact us for a return authorization.

2. Ship it back: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Refund: Once inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
